WAT is EPALE? With the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union EPALE is een meertalige online community met een open lidmaatschap voor lesgevers, trainers, begeleiders, onderzoekers, academici, beleidsmakers, media en iedereen anders die professioneel bezig is met volwasseneneducatie (adult learning) in Europa.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

WAT is EPALE? With the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union EPALE is een (online) community (of practice) A community of practice is a group of people who share a craft and/or a profession. Through sharing information and experiences group members learn from each other, and can develop themselves personally and professionally. Communities of practice exist in offline settings, e.g: a lunch room at work a field setting, a factory floor… Communities of practice can also form a virtual community of practice when they collaborate online. Communities of practice are not new. This type of learning has existed for as long as people have been learning and sharing their experiences.

With the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union EPALE is er voor lesgevers, trainers, begeleiders, onderzoekers, academici, beleidsmakers, media en iedereen anders die professioneel bezig is met volwasseneneducatie (adult learning) in Europa.
