Social Entrepreneurship & Sociale Economie Social enterprise –Een sociale onderneming, is een onderneming die vooral een sociaal effect beoogt, en niet zozeer een zo groot mogelijke winst voor de eigenaren of de aandeelhouders. Zij is actief op de markt en levert goederen en diensten op een ondernemers- en innovatieve wijze, waarbij zij de winsten in hoofdzaak voor het realiseren van sociale doelstellingen aanwenden. Zij wordt op een verantwoorde en transparante wijze bestuurd, waarbij met name de werknemers, consumenten en de door haar commerciële activiteiten beïnvloede partijen worden betrokken. ! –De sociale economie … omvat entiteiten met een specifieke rechtsvorm (coöperaties, stichtingen, verenigingen, onderlinge maatschappijen) en waarvan vele ook sociale ondernemingen zijn… (Mededeling EC over SBI, p 3) –Social economy >> Social entrepreneurship  Sociale economie < sociaal ondernemerschap?
