Zonder inhaaltoelage worden enkel de toekomstige carrières gevaloriseerd in de groepsverzekering. Door toevoegen van een inhaaltoelage kan men voor de medewerkers wiens toekomstige loopbaan eerder beperkt is toch in een aanzienlijker aanvullend pensioen voorzien. Beslissing tot (gehele of gedeeltelijke) valorisatie van het verleden kan door ieder bestuur afzonderlijk genomen worden.

De THV Dexia Verzekeringen – Ethias staat de besturen bij met simulaties Deze simulaties worden gemaakt op basis van de historische lonen van de contractanten (worden aangeleverd via RSZPPO) Deze simulaties laten het bestuur toe een keuze te maken die aansluit bij hun beleidsmatige keuzes en dit binnen een vooraf bepaald budget Facturatie van de inhaaltoelage en toevoeging aan de individuele reserves van de aangeslotenen

Dexia Verzekeringen en Ethias nemen gezamenlijk en permanent deel aan Toezichtscomité: informatie verstrekken over transparantieverslag, de verklaring van de beleggingsbeginselen, de beleggingsresultaten, het financieel en administratief beheer en andere punten waarover krachtens de wetgeving informatie dient verstrekt Voorzitterschap: vertegenwoordiger van RSZPPO, met raadgevende stem Streven naar eventuele beslissingen bij unanimiteit en in concertatie met voorzitter en pensioeninstellingen. Een beslissing, motie, advies, aanbeveling of andere akte van het Toezichtscomité kan maar aangenomen worden met bijzondere meerderheid = zowel meerderheid van de stemmen van de aanwezige leden alsook akkoord van minstens 1 lid van werkgevers- organisatie én minstens 1 lid van werknemersorganisatie

Als dialoog onvruchtbaar blijft, wordt bedrijf uitgesloten van belegging en daarvan op de hoogte gebracht.

Zo zijn beleggingen in bedrijven die ernstige milieuschade toebrengen door het overtreden van internationale normen rond milieubeheer uitgesloten.
