7 Conclusie opgave 1 Het bedrijfsresultaat stijgt met 10000 euro als men de apparatuur aankoopt. Dus wel doen.

8 Opgave 2 Een productie manager heeft voorgesteld om het bedrijfsproces sneller te laten verlopen in de afdeling machining. Kosten: 5000 euro /jaar Is dat verstandig?

10 Conclusie opgave 2 Het geef geen zin om te investeren in de capaciteit van een afdeling als deze afdeling geen bottleneck is. Als de afdeling sneller zou gaan produceren dan zou dat voor extra voorraad zorgen van halffabrikaten. De uiteindelijke productie capaciteit neemt niet toe. Niet doen dus.
