4 ZH: cefuroxim eerste keuze (alternatieve therapie Sanford) 4 ZH profylaxe gelimiteerd tot 24 u 1 ZH geen extra dosis bij ECC Variaties tijdstippen extra dosissen: extra dosissen 1 g cefazoline om de 6 u (6 in totaal) 2de dosis (>3 u) en 3de dosis (>6u) 3 u telkens na vorige toediening ....
