2 Welkomstwoord 27 Nov 08: oprichting feitelijke vereniging « Kring CIS Offr – Cercle Offr CIS » Objectieven: De vereniging Kring CIS Offr heeft tot doel de korpsgeest en de onderlinge kameraadschap te bevorderen in de schoot van de CIS-gemeenschap niveau Offr, al of niet in actieve dienst. Leden Effectieve leden Offr in actieve dienst gesproten uit het TTr-wapen of uit de vakrichting CIS Geassocieerde leden gepensioneerde of gewezen Offr gesproten uit het TTr-wapen of uit de vakrichting CIS en het personeel Niveau A van Defensie dat ten gunste van de CIS-gemeenschap werkt of gewerkt heeft

11 Verslag van de controleurs boekhouding 2012 van de Kring Offr CIS
Na een briefing over de manier waarop de boekhouding van de kring CIS Offr gehouden wordt door Cdt Orye Erwin, hebben we, Olt Wouters Nicole en Ere Kol Engelen Hubert, op 05/02/2013 de Boekhouding nagekeken en juist bevonden. We hebben zonder moeite de verschillende bewerkingen kunnen controleren en vastgesteld dat de tussentijdse saldi overeenkwamen met wat terug te vinden was op de bankuittreksels. Après un briefing sur la manière de tenir la comptabilité du cercle des Offr CIS par le Cdt Orye Erwin, le SLt Wouters Nicole et le Col Hre Engelen Hubert ont procédé au contrôle de la comptabilité le 05/02/2013. Celle-ci a été constatée exacte, les différentes opérations comptables ont pu être contrôlées sans difficulté. Les différents soldes intermédiaires correspondaient à ceux retrouvés dans les extraits bancaires.

Een opmerking dan toch om meer klaarte te geven aan de verschillende operaties zou het goed zijn om in het boek een lijn per verrichtingen te weerhouden zodat de nummering der stukken overeenkomt met de nummering van de lijnen in het boek. Indien een getal verkeerd ingeschreven werd moet de ganse lijn doorstreept worden en een kleine PV met uitleg waarom de lijn doorstreept werd moet opgemaakt worden en genummerd zoals deze lijn. Une remarque peut être faite pour rendre plus de clarté sur les différentes opérations. Il serait bon de réserver une ligne par opération dans le livre de manière à ce que la numérotation des pièces corresponde à la numérotation des lignes dans le livre. Dans le cas où un montant est inscrit fautivement dans le livre la ligne doit être rayée et un PV concernant cette ligne doit être établi et numéroté avec le numéro de la ligne en question.

We houden er aan de Cdt Orye Erwin te feliciteren met de manier waarop hij zijn functie als schatbewaarder verzekert en we vragen aan de algemene vergadering kwijting te geven aan het bestuur en de controleurs voor de boekhouding van 2012. Nous tenons à féliciter le Cdt Orye Erwin pour la manière dont il s'acquitte de sa fonction de trésorier et nous demandons à l'assemblée générale de bien vouloir donner une décharge au conseil d'administration et aux contrôleurs pour la comptabilité de 2012. BeMilCIS is a conference on military related CIS topics, bringing together the CIS community of the Belgian Armed Forces. The intent of the conference is to create a forum for useful contacts and exchange of ideas within the Belgian military CIS community. The conference is under the patronage of the ‘CIS Officers Circle’. We encouraged potential speakers to submit a call for presentation. During the lunch break a standing lunch will be organised at a charge of 5 €. The standing lunch is free for members of the 'CIS Officers Circle'. At the end: Drink (the first consumption is offered by the 'CIS Officers Circle') Registration for the event is open and can be done via the site.
