3 Zonneschijn: onze nieuwe gasbel? Op allerlei manieren komen er in hoog tempo meer zonnepanelen in ons land. Door keuzes van individuele huishoudens, aanbiedingen van energiebedrijven, projecten van gemeenten, bewonersinitiatieven en allerlei combinaties waarin deze samenwerken. Overijssel doet het nog beter dan gemiddeld. Maar hoe komt het dat het nu zo hard gaat? En wat houdt het nog een beetje tegen? Zal het steeds harder gaan? Of doemen er nieuwe belemmeringen op?
