2 International Organisatie van 1,2 miljoen vrijwilligers in meer dan 200 landen, die zich inzetten voor “humanitarian service, goodwill and peace”.. Wereldwijd zijn er 537 districten met elk een gouverneur. Er zijn Rotaryclubs met elk een clubvoorzitter. In ben jij die clubvoorzitter!

18 Areas of Focus Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution
Disease Prevention and Treatment Water and Sanitation Maternal and Child Health Basic Education and Literacy Economic and Community Development The Trustees of The Rotary Foundation have identified six areas of focus for the new grant structure. These areas reflect critical humanitarian issues and needs that Rotarians are already addressing worldwide. They will align Rotary with other international development efforts and will strategically further the Foundation's mission. Each of the areas has specific goals associated with the area. The Trustees have committed to these areas of focus for at least nine years. In fact, the Trustees are encouraging nonpilot clubs and districts to focus their current Foundation program activity in these six areas even before the Future Vision Plan is rolled out to the entire Rotary world.

Heeft de Gouverneur nodig ter voorbereiding van zijn bezoek aan jouw club. Als je jouw JAARPLAN klaar hebt kun je dit formulier van daaruit zo invullen! (verkorte versie). Kopieer niet dat van vorig jaar (!) Jij hebt toch een eigen visie en invulling?! Zorg dat het vóór 1 Juli wordt opgestuurd.

Club Bestuur Club Zaken PR en Communicatie Ledenbeleid Service Projecten Rotary Foundation Nieuwe Vaste Clubcommissies [ppt5] Het CLP kent als structuur een vijftal vaste clubcommmissies die via alle ‘Avenues of Service’ hun doelen trachten te realiseren. Uiteraard staat het iedere club vrij om de nodige subcommissies te benoemen. Het district geeft de nodige ondersteuning aan de clubs v.w.b. de CLP-structuur. Assistent-gouverneurs zijn beschikbaar voor ondersteuning van het clubbestuur De PR & Communicatiecommissie is er voor de overeenkomstige clubcommissie Voor het ledenbeleid kan de club desgewenst een beroep doen op de Districtsorganisatie De overeenkomstige programmacommissies zijn ter assistentie van de clubprogerammacommissies Vanzelfsprekend kan de Rotary Foundstion Clubcommissie terugvallen op de TRF-commissie van het district. Blogs Social Media Webinars Conference Calls Phone Calls ? So once again, how will you promote yourself to the club, district and zone leadership? Here are some communication strategies that you might consider. Think about setting up a Facebook group where you can post suggestions or a group on LinkedIn where you can have discussions. And with most people being bombarded with s and electronic messages today, don’t forget the importance of the old fashion phone call. Following me, we will have presentations on electronic newsletters, blogs and webinars, other great ways to communicate.
