1 Identification Documents Port of Ghent All documents in this leaflet are copies of identification/legitimation documents that authorise persons to access Ghent port area. It aims to provide a tool for Ship Security Officers to determine who to allow on board the ship. This publication is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information with regard to the subject matter covered. The documents are specimens and cannot be used for any of the above purposes in any way. The bearer of any of these documents is screened by his own employer. The port of Ghent takes no responsibility with regard to this screening, but keeps a record of all persons that hold Category I and Category II documents. ! This list has only an indicatif purpose !

Dit document werd verkregen na voorlegging van een bewijs van goed zedelijk gedrag en een kopie van de identiteitskaart. The bearer of this document is allowed access to the port area by the Port Commander's Department of GHENT PORT COMPANY AMC. This document is issued after presenting a certificate of good conduct and a copy of the identity card. Kapt. D. However, this information is available at the port of Ghent administration.

De overheden worden verzocht hem/haar in die hoedanigheid te erkennen en hem/haar hulp en bescherming te verlenen bij de uitoefening van zijn/haar functie. The bearer of this document forms part of the Port Commander's Department of GHENT PORT COMPANY AMC.
