Printed in the Netherlands. – Voortgangsrapportage 24 maart aan Gemeenteraad Almelo 5 Klanttevredenheidsonderzoek Voorbereidingsfase Voorbereidingsfase is vrijwel afgerond: - programmeren vragenlijst - formulering van de vragen - panel om te testen of vragenlijst de juiste onderwerpen raakt - testpanel met vergunningaanvragers - opstellen uitnodigingsbrieven - aanmaken adressenbestand/inlogcodes We starten met het deel dat nu gereed is Vrijwel alle vergunningaanvragers worden uitgenodigd (naar verwachting ruim 2.500) Uitvoeringsfase Uitnodigingsbrieven worden nu gedrukt Verzending deze week Uitkomsten ook voor KPMG onderzoekers anoniem

Printed in the Netherlands. – Voortgangsrapportage 24 maart aan Gemeenteraad Almelo 6 Dossieronderzoek Uitvoeringsfase Dossiers liggen klaar en worden deze week getoetst Gekeken wordt of de maatregelen die in het referentiemodel zijn opgenomen, toegepast zijn en dit blijkt uit het dossier/ ondersteunend systeem Dus GEEN: (1) inhoudelijke juridische toets (2) uitspraak of beslissing juist is Voorbereidingsfase Vooronderzoek om zeker te zijn dat aanpak ook werkt Vooronderzoek bestaat uit: (1) gesprek over het proces (en eventuele wijzigingen in periode 2005-2008) (2) doornemen van ong. 10 dossiers als voorbeeld (3) kijken in ondersteunende systemen Van milieuvergunningen worden dossiers niet getoetst (in overleg met begeleidingsgroep) Selectie van 21 dossiers gemaakt

Ook: hoe hierin het perspectief van ‘de burger’ wordt betrokken Vooronderzoek (welke rapportages zijn beschikbaar, bij wie moeten we zijn, welke documenten zijn beschikbaar) Uitvoeringsfase Een aantal gesprekken hebben al plaatsgevonden met teamleiders, afdelingshoofden en directeur Een aantal gesprekken zijn gepland en worden deze week afgenomen Te plannen: gesprekken met college- en raadsleden
