2 Energie gaat nooit verloren zoals Fokke en Sukke bezingen maakt in principe energie besparing onzin.
We voelen echter allemaal dat we zuinig moeten zijn met energie dragers. Wat we eigenlijk zeggen is dat we zuinig moeten zijn met Exergie. May 26, 2019

3 What do we describe by it: Definition
Exergy is the maximum useful work which can be (in theory) gained from a medium (liquid, gas) as it comes into equilibrium with the environment. The Exergy lost at a given process is called anergy. Wat is dat eigenlijk. Wat bedoelen we ermee en wat moeten we dus doen om er zuinig mee te zijn. 4 May 26, 2019 Even een feiten overzicht;
Van de 725 PJ van industriele energie is 60% hoog temperatuur warmte. Dit zijn maar een beperkt aantal processen waar al deze energie in omgaat. Denk daarbij aan : Hoogovens Kraak fornuizen Waterstof plants Ontzwavelings installaties katalitish kraak installaties. cement, keramiek en glas ( relatief klein in Nederland) May 26, 2019

5 example: If the exit temperature of the process is 900 °C and you cool off by 90 bar steam, almost half of the exergy is destroyed. Deze lijn laat het verloop van exergie zien bij een start temperatuur t.o.v. De omgeving. Als je dus hoge temperatuur dumpt naar een lage temperatuur , blijft misschien de energie behouden maar de exergie gaat voor een belangrijk deel verloren. Hernieuwbare energie wordt ons aangereikt in de vorm van 100% exergie, zeer waardevol. De vraag die nu voorligt hoe we het exergie verlies kunnen minimaliseren. De hoge temperatuur vinden we in gassen, vloeistoffen als ook vaste stoffen. Hoe krijgen we die warmte er op een zo hoog mogelijk niveau uit. May 26, 2019
