Who, whom, whose, which, that zijn woorden die meer informatie geven over mensen, dingen of dieren die al zijn genoemd in een zin. Deze PowerPoint is bedoeld om je te leren hoe je met zinnen kunt werken zoals je ze op de toets kunt verwachten

3 uitleg Who  verwijzing naar personen
Which  verwijzing naar dingen / dieren / plaatsen That  kan in plaats van who/which als je ‘that’ nodig hebt om de rest van de zin te begrijpen (People that break the rules must be put in jail). Maar hier zou (People who break the rules…) ook goed zijn. Whom/Which  na een voorzetsel (to whom, with which, by whom, etc.) Whom bij mensen, which by de rest. Whose  van wie, waarvan, wiens/wie (dus bij bezit)

4 Some examples I like the shop … is in Main Street: it’s less expensive. His father, … I have never seen at a football match, has decided to go to Japan. Could you bring me the big red book … is on the shelf please? I need someone with … I can work together. The children … parents were killed in the crash, are now living with their grandparents. Mr. Hulshof, … has made this PowerPoint, thinks that you’ll do fine on the test.
