2 Waarom CrossCare ? Urgentie
Waarom hebben we CrossCare opgericht? Om 2 belangrijker redenen.

3 Een andere reden voor het opzetten van CrossCare is de vaststelling dat Europa zeer veel Kmo telt, 98%, maar van alle Europese fondsen stroomt slechts 4,4% door naar KMO. Met CrossCare focussen we in eerste instantie op het financieel steunen van KMO’s.

Budget voor experimentele ontwikkeling Totaal projectbudget: €10,5 mln. LiCalab Turnhout, B Lifelabs Zuidoost-Brabant, Nl Care Innovation Center West-Brabant, Nl Expertisecentrum voor Innovatieve Zorg & Technologie Heerlen, Nl In totaal nemen er 6 zorgproeftuinen deel: 3 Vlaamse en 3 Nederlandse. Als u een voorkeur heeft voor een van de genoemde proeftuinen kan u dat zeker aangeven bij de aanmelding. Indien u onze proeftuinen niet zo goed kent, dan zullen wij als CrossCare zelf de proeftuinen kiezen die het beste inhoudelijk en praktisch matchen met uw project. Dat kan afhangen van het inhoudelijke thema van uw project, bv; een universitair ziekenhuis vindt u in de proeftuin van Leuven, een ruim testpanel van thuiswonende ouderen vindt u bij ons als LiCalab

6 Diensten proeftuinen Hoe kunnen de proeftuinen u ondersteunen? In verschillende fasen van de innovatieketen hebben wij een dienstverlening uitgewerkt. U kan uw idee aftoetsen of bijsturen via co-creatiesessies waarbij we in kleinere groepen van eindgebruikers, bijvoorbeeld verpleegkundigen, huisartsen, ouderen, …. Inzicht proberen te genereren in de echte noden van de doelgroep het is erg belangrijk om die goed te begrijpen zodat uw ontwikkeling daar maximaal op inspeelt. Als de noden duidelijk zijn en er is een prototype beschikbaar dat technisch voldoet, dan kunnen we gaan testen bij mensen thuis, in ziekenhuizen of in de setting die u nodig heeft. Testen kunnen enkele weken duren of zelfs een volledig jaar. Dat bepalen we samen met u. Tenslotte geven we ook insteken om het businessmodel mee uit te werken of inzicht te geven in de juiste prijszetting via co-creatiesessies na de validatiefase.

Innovatie met aantoonbaar verbeteringen in de gezondheidszorg  Opereren in een Vlaamse en Nederlandse proeftuin Wie? Rechtspersoon, KMO TRL? 5-8 Kan jouw innovatieproject worden ondersteund door CrossCare? Je ontwikkelt een innovatief product of dienst dat aantoonbaar verbeteringen kan waarmaken in de Gezondheidszorg Je bent rechtspersoon, bij voorkeur KMO/MKB, werkt in het project samen met KMO/MKB, een (grensoverschrijdend) partnerschap, of je bent een ondernemende zorginstelling. Je wilt deze dienst testen in de CrossCare proeftuinen in Vlaanderen of in Zuid-Nederland (de Grensregio) De hoogte van het subsidiebijdrage aan je project is maximaal 50%. Dit is mede afhankelijk van de omvang van je onderneming. De subsidie wordt na succesvolle afronding van het project beschikbaar gesteld. De subsidie bedraagt minimaal €15.000,- en maximaal € ,- Je hebt voldoende financiële draagkracht en bent in staat om het project volledig (100%) voor te financieren. Het project moet ten minste binnen 24 maanden worden afgerond.
