14 Universities HRNU HR - directors Study tour (2015: London about postdocs) Negotiation Collective labour agreement Various stakeholders HRNU, een van de HR directeuren is voorzitter van dat overleg In HRNU maken b.v. 3 HR directeuren een voorstel voor beleid ten aanzien van een onderwerp, dat wordt dan besproken en vaak overgenomen door de rest VSNU stuurt een inwerkdocument (onboarding) voor nieuwe HR directeuren met daarin de verschillende gremia en de organisaties die voor de sector belangrijk zijn VSNU faciliteert het gesprek tussen HRNU en SHC VSNU faciliteert dat HR directeuren met onderwerpen of vragen aan de slag gaan zoals: - Tijdelijke docenten - Onderwijs carrières - Postdoc personeelsbeleid
