20 MyCQ 360 graden feedback voor het onderwijs Jo Lucassen, Janine van Kalmthout, Pieter Rotteveel, Ilse Engwirda The results of the feedback proces are presented in a printable report. This reveals the evaluation of the student and of others concerning his coach competences. It can be discussed e.g. with a teacher and be used as input for a personal development plan. De resultaten van het feedback-proces krijgt de student in de vorm van een rapport. Dat rapport laat zien wat het beeld is dat de student van zichzelf heeft, hoe anderen daar over denken, en hoe de student zwakke competenties zou kunnen ontwikkelen. Zo’n rapport kan input vormen voor een ontwikkelgesprek met een docent of coach van de opleiding. De student kan het gebruiken als basis voor zijn persoonlijk ontwikkel plan. En het kan onderdeel uitmaken van een portfolio, als middel om zijn ontwikkeling inzichtelijk te maken
