Bedrijfsinformatie Sinds 2010 zijn we bezig om werken te vereenvoudigen d.m.v. de online werkplek Workspace 365 waarin alles samenkomt en vereenvoudigd wordt. Onze focus ligt volledig op twee gebieden: R&D: Binnen de educatie, zorg-, en bedrijfsmarkt hebben we uitvoerig onderzoek gedaan naar de wensen van mensen. Wat hebben ze nodig om te werken, te leren en hun doelen te behalen? Waar krijgen ze plezier van in hun werk? En wat zijn de grootste frustraties omtrent ICT? Dit doen we doormiddel van bezoeken aan klanten, interviews en gebruikerstesten met ideeën die we hebben om het werk te vereenvoudigen. Daarna prioriteren we alle ideeën en gaat ons team met programmeurs hard aan het werk aan de doorontwikkeling van de online werkplek. Partners: We werken in multidisciplinaire teams om onze ICT-partners te ondersteunen. Gezamenlijk bezoeken we klanten om Workspace 365 te introduceren of om feedback op te halen voor productverbeteringen. Daarnaast trainen we onze partners zodat zij de online werkplek zo goed en volledig mogelijk kunnen inrichten. Door uitvoerig samen te werken met partners begrijpen we wat er belangrijk is voor de ICT-afdeling, maar ook alle andere facetten rond het gebruiken, beveiligen en bereiken van alles wat nodig is om eenvoudiger te werken. Binnen de werkplek bereik je eenvoudig documenten uit Office 365 en de fileserver. Zo werk je productief vanaf ieder apparaat en is alles wat je nodig hebt bereikbaar via een veilige online werkplek. Ik zal elk onderdeel kort toelichten. Wat is voor jou het belangrijkste onderdeel? 1. Alles in één werkplek: Combineer cloud, hosted en on-premises services in één online werkplek. Al je applicaties, documenten, mail, nieuws en statistieken overzichtelijk bereikbaar. 2. Eén inlog tot alle apps: Alle applicaties overzichtelijk en snel bereikbaar in één online werkplek en bereikbaar na één keer inloggen. 3. Alle documenten bij elkaar: Breng de fileserver en documenten uit Office 365 samen in één documentenapp. Documenten openen en bewerken via een vereenvoudiging op SharePoint & OneDrive. Geen maatwerk nodig. 4. Direct informatie inzien: Creëer een intranet met inzicht in je mail, agenda, documenten, nieuws, statistieken, applicaties en meer. 5. Veiliger toegang: Beveilig web-, Windowsapplicaties, intranet en de fileserver met multi-factor authenticatie. 6. Hierdoor hoef je nooit onnodige info te zien en bewaar je overzicht in je werk. Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Eén enkele inlog tot alles Hosted (Windows) applicaties Web-based applicaties Versimpel de toegang tot applicaties, bespaar tijd en moeite bij medewerkers die hun wachtwoorden kwijt raken. Door eenmaal in te loggen in Workspace 365 krijg je via Clientless RDP (New Day at Work) toegang tot je hosted applicaties. Daarnaast bereik je met single sign-on je web-applicaties door onze slimme koppeling met de Azure Active Directory (welke ook te koppelen is met een lokale AD). Deze laatste koppeling kun je ook inzetten om te koppelen met Citrix XenApp. Zo hoef je als medewerker geen twintig wachtwoorden te onthouden en werk je gemakkelijk vanaf ieder apparaat met een browser. © 2012 Microsoft Corporation. Vereenvoudig toegang tot documenten De overgang van een fileserver naar het documentensysteem binnen Office 365 is groot. Door onze intuïtieve gebruikersinterface over SharePoint, OneDrive & de fileserver te leggen kunnen mensen zonder training online gebruik maken van hun documenten. Alle type documentlocaties binnen één gebruiksvriendelijke interface. Werken met online of lokale Office apps Binnen Office 365 wordt er gestuurd op de online Office apps. Wij begrijpen dat je ook de lokale Office apps wilt gebruiken; ook voor je meest recent bewerkte bestanden. Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Informatie komt naar jou toe Interne & externe nieuwsbronnen Statistieken van de belangrijkste data Inzicht in alle informatie die je vandaag nodig hebt De basis van een complete werkplek is het ontsluiten en vereenvoudigen van toegang tot alle applicaties die medewerkers nodig hebben. Vooruitkijkend wordt de informatie uit applicaties steeds belangrijker dan de applicatie zelf. Deze trend wordt ook doorgevoerd in Workspace 365. Eerder was het mogelijk om inzicht te krijgen in agenda-items, ongelezen s, recent bewerkte documenten en nieuwsberichten als een intranet. Maar de online werkplek integreert ook de business intelligence oplossing van Microsoft; Power BI. Beheerders in Workspace 365 kunnen de belangrijkste informatietegels uit Power BI toevoegen in gebruikersgroepen. Daarnaast kunnen medewerkers zelf ook eenvoudig Power BI-tegels toevoegen aan hun werkplek. Hierdoor krijgen werknemers direct inzicht in de benodigde informatie. Referenties Bezoek: De genoemde referenties zijn allen actief binnen de zorg. Dit is een markt met zeer gevoelige data en waar het beschikking hebben tot de online werkplek van hoog belang is. Omdat dit voor jouw bedrijf waarschijnlijk ook belangrijke punten zijn ligt ik graag kort toe waarom deze zorginstellingen voor Workspace 365 gekozen hebben. GGZ Friesland: Overgang naar Office 365 liep stroef, veel vragen rond SharePoint. Om die reden Workspace 365 ingezet om een eenvoudigere werkplek te bieden die makkelijker te adopteren is. Fundis: Eerder hadden ze veel losse portals en applicaties, dus weinig overzicht in de organisatie. Dit hebben ze samengebracht in Workspace RSZK ZorgProfessionals: Steeds meer applicaties zijn web-based, daardoor speelde de vraag of een hosted desktop omgeving nog nodig was. Hierbij hebben ze drastisch kosten kunnen besparen door Citrix volledig uit te faseren en over te gaan naar een web-based werkplek waarin alle applicaties met een enkele inlog met 2 factor-authenticatie te bereiken zijn. Bij de meeste bedrijven wordt er momenteel gebruik gemaakt van hosted desktops om zo applicaties, mail en documenten te bereiken op een externe desktop, de kosten variëren vaak tussen de 60 tot 140 euro per medewerker, per maand. Wanneer je (deels) overgaat naar een browser-based online werkplek, zoals zojuist gepresenteerd zijn de licentie- & eventuele hosting kosten van de onderliggende diensten lager waardoor je aanzienlijk kunt besparen. Gezien prijzen sterk afhankelijk zijn van de onderliggende diensten in de online werkplek raden wij aan contact op te nemen met ons/jouw ICT-partner om de kosten en besparing te berekenen. Bovenstaande prijzen zijn voorbeelden incl. Workspace Office 365 licenties + evt. hosted desktop. Prijzen zijn echter afhankelijk van onderliggende diensten (denk aan telefonie, extra security, back-up, etc.) & support contract. Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Toekomstige ontwikkelingen, denk je mee? De online werkplek is continu in ontwikkeling. De roadmap is openbaar inzichtelijk en gebaseerd op verhalen van mensen. Roadmap: Meld je ideeën aan en stem mee: Feature Requests: Naast de voordelen die de huidige online werkplek al biedt blijven we continu ontwikkelen. Om jullie in de toekomst te blijven ondersteunen met de nieuwste geaccepteerde diensten toon ik graag onze toekomst plannen. De online werkplek is continu in ontwikkeling. De roadmap is openbaar inzichtelijk en gebaseerd op verhalen van bedrijven en de online werkplekgebruikers. Meld je ideeën aan en stem mee. Nieuwste & aankomende features: - Nieuwe live tiles: Momenteel heb je al inzicht in je agenda, documenten, intern & extern nieuws, mail en statistieken. Momenteel onderzoeken we integraties met Yammer als sociaal intranet en een contactentegel zodat je snel contactgegevens kunt zoeken zonder een applicatie te openen. - Telefonie: Het is al mogelijk om een online telefooncentrale te openen vanuit de werkplek, in de toekomst willen we graag telefonie verder integreren in de werkplek. Als eerste stap door te tonen wie er belt en de mogelijkheid te bieden vanuit de werkplek de telefoon op te nemen. Als vervolgstap door direct relevante gegevens erbij te tonen op het moment dat je opneemt, zoals je laatste mailwisseling en projectgegevens. Samenwerking Als organisatie vinden we het belangrijk om feedback te krijgen van mensen die er dagelijks mee werken. Op basis van deze feedback bepalen wij welke punten we ontwikkelen.
