13 Forum Standaardisatie Ingesteld in 2006 Doel: Bevorderen van interoperabiliteit en gebruik van open standaarden in digitale omgevingen > ook het voorkomen van leveranciersafhankelijkheid Doelgroep: Publieke sector Belangrijkste product: Lijst met open standaarden, verplicht te gebruiken binnen de publieke sector

14 Basis toetsingcriteria (scope lijst) 1.Interoperabiliteitsprobleem: er moet sprake zijn van een aanwijsbaar interoperabiliteitsprobleem (business case) 2.Organisatieoverstijgend: er moet uitwisseling zijn tussen meerdere overheidorganisaties en meerdere overheidslagen. 3.Niet wettelijk verplicht: opname op de lijst is niet nodig als een standaard al wettelijk verplicht is.
