SusChem has developed a bottom up proposal : resource efficiency, that has been well accepted, but more as possible PPP in upcoming FP 8 . The needed policy engagement around this PPP is planned to be positioned in the Resource Efficient Europe Flagship, that covers many more policy areas than our scope, but there is clearly a good overlap , so this policy engagement needs to be ensured to drive the update that is covered typically by the EU 2020 objectives.
