Amendments to this constitution may be proposed only by a club, a district conference, the general council or the conference of RIBI by the council on legislation, by the board in accordance with the bylaws. (in elk geval per club een minimum bedrag zoals tussen haakjes vermeld): 1. $ 26,50 per half jaar in het jaar ($ 265,00) 2. $ 27,00 per half jaar in het jaar ($ 270,00) 3. $ 27,50 per half jaar in het jaar ($ 275,00) 4. $ 28,00 per half jaar in het jaar ($ 280,00) Als standaard wordt aangenomen het ledenbestand per 1 jan en per 1 juli van elk rotary jaar.
