RESULTS IN OUR COUNTRY Netherlands 4th on European ranking list Eige 450.000 female entrepreneurs = about 40% Growth in 30 years from 20 to 40% 132.000 female TOP managers 30% women in level under this TOP % of Top women is slowly increasing 27 September 2016

Sector results of the analysis in our country Education: quite well participation of women and girls HOWEVER: Scissor figure at work: in growth to higher functions and payments it are men…... Also for other sectors: law, politics, finance, agriculture: almost 25 % women: not in top management, Services and health= women, and culture: arts, creativity and the 3rd sector (voluntary work).
