Gebaseerd op de aanvrager en het type van aangevraagde goederen of diensten zal het systeem bepalen, wie de aanvraag moet goedkeuren. Indien gewenst zal MFG/PRO ook zorg dragen voor berichten, die kunnen aansporen tot iedere volgende actie.
