In overeenstemming met de UCI-reglementen worden volgende punten toegekend: Artikel 2: Deelnemers Volgens Artikels 2.1.005 en 2.2.003 van het UCI reglement wordt de Gooik- Geraardsbergen-Gooik wedstrijd verreden in een interclubformule voorbehouden voor 33 ploegen van minimum 4 en maximum 6 deelneemsters. Alle ploegen kunnen zich kandidaat stellen bij de organisatie tot deelname aan deze wedstrijd. De organisatie zal, op basis van de kandidaturen, een selectie maken van 33 deelnemende ploegen. Zij zal hierbij een gezonde mix nastreven van Belgische en buitenlandse ploegen. De geselecteerde ploegen zullen een officieel UCI-deelnameformulier toegezonden krijgen door de organisatie. De ploegen zullen dit document, behoorlijk ingevuld met maximaal 6 effectieven en 4 reserves, terugsturen ten laatste op Zondag, 08 mei 2016. 22 Artikel 3: Permanentie 3.1 Algemeen De permanentie bevindt zich op 29 Mei 2016 vanaf 09:30 uur tot 19:00 uur bij Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Het opmaken van de uitslag en de klassementen zal gebeuren bij Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. 3.2 Uitreiking rugnummers De ploegleiders van de ingeschreven teams melden zich aan op de permanentie op 29 Mei 2016 tussen 10:00 en 11:30 uur voor het afhalen van de rugnummers en de kaderplaatjes van hun rensters. Zij zullen op dat moment tevens een volgbewijs ontvangen voor hun ploegwagen, een wedstrijdreglement, een technische gids en een deelnemerslijst. 3.3 Briefing – vergadering koerscommissarissen en ploegleiders De vergadering van koerscommissarissen en ploegleiders begint om 11:45 uur stipt bij Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik Deze vergadering zal worden geleid door: PECQUENARD, Henri (FRA) Voorzitter, College van Commissarissen. De volgorde van de ploegwagens wordt bepaald conform het UCI-reglement. Enkel de aanwezige ploegleiders zullen aan deze lottrekking kunnen deelnemen. De niet-aanwezige ploegleiders zullen een volgnummer krijgen afhankelijk van hun uur van aankomst in het permanentielokaal. De ploegleiders zullen hun rensters op de hoogte brengen van de afspraken die op deze vergadering werden gemaakt en van de afspraken uit het wedstrijdreglement en de technische gids. De ploegleiders zullen hun rensters er tevens op attent maken dat zij het startblad dienen te ondertekenen op het podium aan de start, Ninoofsesteenweg 27, 1755 Gooik en dit van 13:00 tot 14:00 uur. 3.4 Kleedkamers en parking De kleedkamers voor de rensters bevinden zich bij Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Officiëlen en commissarissen kunnen parkeren op de site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Rensters en hun ploegleiders dienen te parkeren op de site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Er zullen wegwijzers geplaatst en begeleiding voorzien worden om iedereen naar de juiste parking te leiden. 3.5 Start en aankomst De startopstelling van de rensters vindt plaats op de Ninoofsesteenweg thv nr 27, 1755 Gooik. Er zal gezorgd worden voor een corridor zodat rensters steeds achteraan zullen kunnen aansluiten. De rensters dienen startklaar te zijn om 14:00 uur. De ploegleiders zullen hun ploegwagens voor de start opstellen in de Hoevestraat. De wedstrijd zal starten om 14:15 uur en de aankomst is voorzien omstreeks 18:00 uur. Zie plan 1 voor meer info. Elke renster die de aankomstlijn overschrijdt met een achterstand van meer dan 8% van de totaaltijd van de overwinnaar, wordt niet in de uitslag opgenomen. Deze limiet kan door het College van Commissarissen in samenspraak met de organisator, verhoogd worden in geval van uitzonderlijke omstandigheden. Bij aankomst is er een afleiding voorzien (rechtsaf Monsebeekstraat) voor alle ploegwagens zonder geldig doorlatingsbewijs “A”; 300 meter vóór de aankomst (pijlen volgen). De eerste, de tweede en de derde renster in de uitslag van de wedstrijd alsook de eerste, tweede en derde renster in de uitslag van het bergklassement dienen zich onmiddellijk na de aankomst aan te bieden voor de huldigingceremonie op het podium. De eesrte Belgische renster aan de finish dient zich eveneens aan te bieden voor de ceremonie op het podium, Er wordt een aankomsttentje voorzien waarin deze rensters zich even kunnen opfrissen en klaar maken voor de ceremonie.

23 3.6 Medische assistentie De wedstrijd zal worden gevolgd door een ziekenwagen en een dokter op een moto. Tevens zal er een vaste hulppost ingericht worden aan start en finish op de Ninoofsesteenweg 27, 1755 Gooik. Alle geldende antidopingreglementen van de UCI, Vlaamse Gemeenschap en KBWB zijn van toepassing. Elke renner is zelf verantwoordelijk om zich er van te vergewissen of hij al dan niet is opgeroepen voor een controle. 3.8 Perscentrum Ten behoeve van de aanwezige persmensen zal er een lokaal voorzien zijn voor de wedstrijd op de site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 te Gooik, waar alle fotografen en pers zullen zich aanbieden voor het afhalen van hun accreditatiebadge en jasjes. Artikel 4: Parcours De wedstrijd loopt over een aanloop van 1 openingsronde van 23.0 km elk gevolgd door 1 grote ronde van 73,2 km en 4 ronden van 10,0 km elk. De totaalafstand bedraagt daardoor 136.2km. Dit parcours is gedetailleerd terug te vinden op de website van de organiserende wielerclub, Sprinters Gooik: www.sprintersgooik.com. De omloop zal vanaf 27 mei volledig afgepijld zijn met rechthoekige bordjes met als opschrift “Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik”. De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om dit parcours in laatste instantie nog te wijzigen indien zich onvoorziene omstandigheden zouden voordoen.

24 Artikel 5: Uitreiking der prijzen Alle prijzen, behalve deze van de bergprijs, zullen uitbetaald worden via de KBWB. Artikel 6: Bijkomende klassementen 6.1Bergprijs: Op diverse plaatsen op het parcours zal er een bergspurt betwist worden. Deze bergspurten zullen telkens aangekondigd worden met grote blauwe borden op 1km, 500m, 250m en 100m vóór de plaats waar de lijn voor deze bergspurt getrokken wordt. De plaatsen van deze bergspurten zijn ook duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste 3 rensters zullen bij elke bergspurt punten vergaren: de eerste 5 punten, de tweede 3 punten, en de derde 1 punt, met dubbele punten, t.t.z. 10 punten, 6 punten en 2 punten, respectievelijk, voor de eerste 3 rensters die de bergspurt op de ‘Muur van Geraardsbergen’ winnen. Deze punten zullen per deelneemster bij elkaar worden opgeteld. In geval van gelijkheid in het bergklassement zullen volgende criteria worden gebruikt om het klassement op te maken: 1. Het aantal eerste plaatsen op de bergen 2. De wedstrijduitslag De renster dient wel de wedstrijd binnen de tijdslimiet te beëindigen. Onmiddellijk na het betwisten van de laatste bergspurt in deze wedstrijd zal het definitieve klassement van de bergprijs opgemaakt worden. De ploegleiders zullen verwittigd worden wie in deze bergprijs eerste, tweede en derde geworden zijn. De winnaressen van deze bergprijzen dienen zich onmiddellijk na aankomst de van de wedstrijd aan te bieden voor de ceremonie op het podium. De prijzen respectievelijk 1000 euro voor de eerste, 650 euro voor de tweede en 350 euro voor de derde zullen door de organisatie aan de desbetreffende ploeg via bank overgeschreven worden. 6.2 Rushes : In de aanloopronde zullen er twee tussensprinten zijn. Deze zullen aangekondigd worden op 500 m, 250m en 100m voor de plaats waar de lijn getrokken is. De prijzen, 500 euro per rush onderverdeeld als 250 euro voor de eerste, 150 euro voor de tweede en 100 euro voor de derde zullen door de organisatie via bank aan de desbetreffende ploeg betaald worden.

25 Artikel 7: Arbitrage Alle deelneemsters en volgers verklaren door hun deelname op de hoogte te zijn van het reglement van UCI 1.1 wedstrijden, van de regels van de KBWB en van dit wedstrijdreglement; zij verklaren zich hiermee akkoord. Artikel 8: Geschillen, Betwistingen of niet voorziene gevallen Alle geschillen, betwistingen of niet voorziene gevallen m.b.t. de reglementering, de organisatie en het puntensysteem van de wedstrijd Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik behoren tot de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de Nationale Wegcommissie. De door de Nationale Wegcommissie genomen beslissingen daaromtrent zijn onherroepelijk en niet voor beroep vatbaar. 27 Article 3: Permanence 3.1 Généralités La permanence se trouve le 29 mai 2016, à partir de 09h30 jusqu’à 19h00, chez Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. La préparation des résultats et des classements se passera chez Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. 3.2 Distribution de dossards Les chefs d’équipe inscrits doivent se présenter à la permanence le 29 mai 2016 entre 10h00 et 11h30 pour la collection des dossards et numéros de cadres pour leurs coureurs. Les chefs d’équipe doivent attirer l’attention de leurs coureurs qu’ils doivent signer la fiche de présence au podium Ninoofsesteenweg 27, 1755 Gooik entre 13h00 et 14h00. 3.4 Vestiaires et parking Les vestiaires pour les coureurs se trouvent chez Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Les officiels et les commissaires peuvent stationner chez Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Les coureurs et leurs chefs d’équipe peuvent stationner chez Transport Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Il y aura des panneaux indicateurs et orientations soient données à tous pour trouver les parkings. 3.5 Start et arrivée La position de départ des coureurs sera au Ninoofsesteenweg à la hauteur de numéro 27. Un corridor sera fourni afin que les coureurs soient en mesure de se connecter à nouveau à l’arrière. Les coureurs doivent être prêts à 14h00. Les chefs d’équipe présentent leurs voitures pour le démarrage dans le Hoevestraat. L’épreuve va commencer à 14h15 et l’arrivée est prévue vers 18h. Voir plan 1 pour plus d’info. Les coureurs qui franchit la ligne d'arrivée avec un écart de plus de 8% du temps total du vainqueur, ne sera pas marqué. Cette limite peut être augmenté par le Collège de Commissaires, en consultation avec l'organisateur, dans des circonstances exceptionnelles. Il y aura une diversion pour toutes les voitures sans une affiche “A” valide, à 300 m avant l’arrivée vers la droite, dans le Monsebeekstraat (suivre les panneaux). Le premier, le deuxième et le troisième coureur à l’issu de l’épreuve, ainsi le premier, deuxième et troisième du prix montagne doivent se présenter immédiatement après l’arrivée au podium pour la remise des prix. Aussi bien le premier coureur Belge a l’arrivée doit se présenter au podium. Il y aura une tente à l’arrivée, à côté du podium où les coureurs peuvent se rafraîchir et se préparer pour la cérémonie.

29 Article 5: Remise des prix Tous les prix, sauf les prix de montagne, seront payés par le RLVB Article 6: Classifications supplémentaires 6.1 Prix de montagne: A différents endroits sur le parcours un sprint de montagne sera contesté. Ces sprints de montagne seront toujours annoncés avec de grands panneaux bleus à 1km, 500m, 250m et 100m avant l'endroit où la ligne est tirée pour ce sprint de montagne. Les emplacements des sprints de montagne sont également clairement indiqués dans le guide de concours. Les 3 premiers coureurs gagneront des points pour chaque sprint de montagne: le premier 5 points, le deuxième 3 points et le troisième 1 point, avec double points, à savoir : 10 points, 6 points et 2 points, respectivement, pour les 3 premiers coureurs dans le sprint de montagne au ‘Mur de Grammont’. Ces points seront additionnés pour chaque participant. En cas d'égalité dans le classement de la prix de montagne les critères suivants seront utilisés pour faire les classements: 1. Le nombre de premières places dans les sprints de montagne. 2. Les résultats du concours. Le coureur doit terminer la course dans le délai de résiliation.. Immédiatement après le dernier sprint de montagne dans cette épreuve, le classement final du prix de montagne sera établi. Les chefs d'équipe seront avisés qui, dans ce prix la montagne sont la première, deuxième et troisième. Les gagnants des prix de montagne devrait se présenter pour la cérémonie protocolaire au podium, immédiatement après la fin de la course. Les prix, respectivement 1000 euro pour la première, 650 euro pour la deuxième et 350 pour la troisième seront payés par l’organisation au team concerné. 6.2 Rushes : Dans le premier tour local il y aura deux sprint. Ceux-ci seront annoncé 500 m, 250 m et 100 m avant la ligne. 32 Article 3: Permanence 3.1 General The race headquarters will be situated at the site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik on 29 Mai 2016 from 09:30 to 19:00 hours. Compiling of the results and rankings will take place at the site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. 3.2 Distribution of riders’ numbers The team leaders of the registered teams shall sign up at the permanence in the race headquarters on 29 mai 2016 between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. for collection of their riders’ back and frame numbers. At the same time, they will also receive their authorization sign for the team car, the race regulations and technical guide, as well as a participants’ list. 3.3 Briefing - Meeting of Race Commissioners and team leaders The meeting of the race commissioners and team managers starts at precisely 11:45 hours at the site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. The team leaders will inform their riders of the decisions taken at this meeting and of the agreements in the race regulations and the event’s technical guide. The team leaders will also inform their riders to sign the signing-on sheet at the podium in front of start and finish between the hours of 13:00 and 14.00. 3.4 Changing rooms and parking Changing rooms are located at the site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik.. Officials and Commissioners can park in the parking spaces located at the site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. Riders and their team leaders should park at the site Van Snick, Hoevestraat 25, 1755 Gooik. There will be signs posted and assistance will be provided to ensure everyone is directed to the correct parking area. 3.5 Start and finish The starting position of the riders will be in front of the podium on Ninoofsesteenweg 27,A corridor will be provided so that riders will be able to join at the back of the peleton. The riders should be ready to start at 14:00. The team leaders will present their team cars for the start of the race in Hoevestraat. The race will start at 14:15 p.m. and the finish is foreseen around 18h00. See Plan 1 for more information. Any rider who crosses the finish line with a gap of more than 8% of the total time of the winner, will not be scored. This limit may be increased by the College of Commissaires, in consultation with the organisers, in exceptional circumstances. At the end of the race, a diversion will be provided for all team vehicles without a valid "A" accreditation. These team vehicles shall be diverted to the right approximately 0,3 km before the finish, via Monsebeekstraat (follow the signs). The riders coming first, second and third at the end of the race, plus the winner, second and third of the climbing prize will immediately present themselves at the podium after the race finishes for the award ceremony. Also the first Belgian rider at the finish has to be present at the ceremony. A tent will be provided beside the podium where the riders can prepare and freshen up for the ceremony.

34 Article 5: Payment of Prizes All prizes, except those for the climbs (GPM) and the intermediate sprints (rushes), will be paid through the KBWB/RLVB. Article 6: Supplementary classifications 6.1 Climbing prize (GPM) : At various places on this route, a hill sprint will take place. These hill sprints will be announced by large blue signboards at 1km, 500m, 250m and 100m before the location where the line is drawn for each hill sprint. The locations of the hill sprints are also clearly indicated in the technical guide. The first 3 riders will gain points for every hill sprint: the first rider will be allocated 5 points, the second 3 points and the third 1 point with double points being awarded to the first three riders over the “Muur van Geraardsbergen”, i.e. 10 points, 6 points and 2 points, respectively. These points will be added together for each participant. In the event of a tie in the climb ranking, the following criteria will be used to draw up the ranking: The number of first places in the climbs The result of the race The rider must have completed the race within the time limit. Immediately after contesting the last hill sprint in this race, the final rankings for the climbing prize will be drawn up. The winners of the GPM prizes should take part in the official ceremony at the podium, immediately after the race has finished. These will be announced at 500meter, 250meter and 100 meter before the line. The prices, 500 euro each rush divided as 250 euro for the first 150 euro for the second and 100 euro for the third will be paid by the organization at the concerning teams and this by bank.

35 Article 7: Arbitration All participants and followers declare by their participation to be in full knowledge of, and in agreement with, the rules governing UCI 1.1 races and the rules of the KBWB/RLVB and of the race regulations. Article 8: Disputes, differences and unforeseen circumstances All disputes, differences or unforeseen circumstances regarding the regulations, the organisers and the points system applied in the race Gooik-Geraardsbergen- Gooik come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Roads Commission. Any decisions taken by the National Roads Commission in this regard shall be final and not open to challenge. Article 9: Sanctions The scale of penalties for the UCI is the only applicable.
