Milde processen -> hogere kwaliteit bijproducten Nieuwe routes: insekten, algen, ... Downscaling van technologie -> verbeterde haalbaarheid bij de schaalgrootte van nevenstromen Bio-chemicals (vooral bij grootschalige, homogene materiaal-stromen) Focus vooral niet alleen op technologie!
