14 Microsoft Office voor thuisgebruik
Hoe is het nu? De onderwijsinstelling heeft een Microsoft overeenkomst met SLBdiensten of APS IT-diensten. SLBdiensten, APS IT-diensten regelen via Slim.nl en SURFspot.nl thuisgebruik voor leerlingen. De leerlingen (ouders) schaffen de software aan bij Slim.nl of SURFspot.nl De onderwijsinsteling heeft geen kosten en werk aan het thuisgebruik. Hoe is het met Student Advantage? De onderwijsinstelling heeft nog steeds een Microsoft overeenkomst met SLB of APS. SLB, APS, Slim.nl en SURFspot.nl kunnen nog steeds thuisgebruik voor leerlingen regelen. De onderwijsinstelling zou zelf een rol kunnen spelen bij het aanbieden van Office voor leerlingen. De onderwijsinstelling heeft in dat geval werk aan het thuisgebruik.

15 Twee manieren om Office ProPlus beschikbaar te stellen
1 2 Via eigen Office 365 omgeving Via Slim.nl en SURFspot.nl Je kunt als instelling beslissen om dit in eigen beheer te doen. Er is al een Office 365 Educatie omgeving of je wil deze aanvragen. De leerlingen/studenten zullen in deze omgeving geupload moeten worden en een Office 365 ProPlus licentie toegewezen krijgen Heb je nog geen Office 365 Educatie omgeving of zit uitrol nog niet in de planning, maar wil je wel Office 365 ProPlus voor je leerlingen/studenten? Meld je dan bij SLB / APS, zodat de leerlingen via Slim.nl / SURFspot.nl Office 365 ProPlus kunnen bestellen. Communicatie pakketten beschikbaar voor instellingen (posters/folders/ s) Instellingen kunnen het Office 365 ProPlus SKU via SLBdiensten of APS IT-Diensten bestellen Beheer doet instelling zelf Communicatie en support richting leerlingen/studenten doet de instelling zelf Via de bestelling op Slim.nl komen leerlingen/studenten in de Office 365 omgeving van SLBdiensten. Zij krijgen daar een account en er wordt een Office 365 ProPlus licentie toegewezen. SLB / APS doen het beheer SLB / APS / Slim.nl / SURFspot.nl zorgen voor communicatie en support

Microsoft Office365 Het pad naar Student Advantage 4/5/2017 1 Instellingen IT afdeling instelling Studenten Instellingen Er moet een geldig Microsoft contract aanwezig zijn. Binnen dit contract moet Office Professional Plus voor 100% van de instelling gelicenseerd zijn. (via deelname aan het Microsoft contract van SLBdiensten en APS-IT Diensten is aan deze twee voorwaarden voldaan) Instellingen (it beheer) Om Office Pro Plus (Student Advantage) te kunnen uitrollen naar leerlingen en studenten moet het volgende aanwezig zijn: De instelling moet een Office 365 voor Educatie omgeving hebben. (SLB/APS assisteren hierbij) Leerlingen en studenten zullen geupload moeten worden in de Office 365 omgeving zodat ze een Office 365 account krijgen Het Office 365 Pro Plus SKU moet besteld worden bij SLB / APS Vervolgens kan de instelling een Office 365 Pro Plus licentie toewijzen aan de leerlingen en studenten Studenten Wanneer een licentie is toegewezen kunnen leerlingen en studenten via hun Office 365 account Office 365 Pro Plus downloaden op 5 verschillende apparaten Office 365 wordt lokaal geinstalleerd, daardoor ook offline beschikbaar Er moet een geldig Microsoft contract aanwezig zijn.
