3 2010 Manual of Procedure A Reference Manual for Rotary® Leaders Rotary International Constitutional Documents Constitution of Rotary International Bylaws of Rotary International Standard Rotary Club Constitution The manual is published every three years. A copy is sent to each Rotary club and RI officer. This 2010 edition incorporates changes in policy and procedures since 2004. If any questions arise about the meaning or interpretation of the manual, including the RI constitutional and other legal documents, the English language version of these materials is the official text. 4 Wijzigingen in RI Constitutions, RI Bylaws en Club Constitution Article 16 Amendments (RI Constitutions) Section 1 — Circumstances. This constitution may be amended only by a twothirds vote of those present and voting in the council on legislation. Section 2 — Who May Propose. Amendments to this constitution may be proposed only by a club, a district conference, the general council or the conference of RIBI by the council on legislation, by the board in accordance with the bylaws. Article 25 Amendments (RI Bylaws) The bylaws may be amended only by a majority vote of those present and voting at the council on legislation, except as provided for an extraordinary meeting of the council on legislation in section 7.060. 5 Wijzigingen in RI Constitutions, RI Bylaws en Club Constitution Article 19 Amendments Section 1 — Manner of Amending. Except as provided in section 2 of this article, this constitution may be amended only by the council on legislation in the same manner as is established in the bylaws of RI for the amendment of its bylaws. 11 2013 Council on Legislation 13-126 Elke club betaald per lid; aangenomen “by show of cards”. (in elk geval per club een minimum bedrag zoals tussen haakjes vermeld): 1. $ 26,50 per half jaar in het jaar 2013-2014 ($ 265,00) 2. $ 27,00 per half jaar in het jaar 2014-2015 ($ 270,00) 3. $ 27,50 per half jaar in het jaar 2015-2016 ($ 275,00) 4. $ 28,00 per half jaar in het jaar 2016-2017 ($ 280,00) Als standaard wordt aangenomen het ledenbestand per 1 jan en per 1 juli van elk rotary jaar.
