Wat betreft de R&D cijfers zijn we ‘een goede middenmoter’ maar met zwaktes: lage R&D door bedrijven slechte kennisbenutting publieke R&D Een urgent probleem zit in ‘het menselijk potentieel’ Willen we een daadkrachtige aanpak voor verandering: dan hebben we een governance probleem Een geïntegreerde adviesraad is alleen maar een oplossing als iemand er naar luistert
