To be as an organization competitive in this field is by means of the people you have in house That human capital is the distinctive asset of an organization: nothing else! Korte inhoud: Nu het hebben van digitale vaardigheden en mogelijkheden een wereldwijde markt is, wordt het belangrijk om op een eenduidige manier daarover te spreken. Of het nu gaat om een vacaturetekst, een rol in een organisatie of een persoonlijk profiel, zodra daarbij digitale vaardigheden komen, kan en wordt internationaal gezocht en gevonden. In deze workshop wordt aangeven hoe we hierover eenduidig met elkaar kunnen communiceren  o.a. met behulp van use cases. Kort profiel:                Liesbeth Ruoff is sinds 2017 voorzitter van de SIG digital skills en vertegenwoordigt het KNVI op dit gebied in allerlei commissies zowel in Nederland  bijvoorbeeld NEN TC428 als in het buitenland  CEN TC428, EU workshops en IFIP. Zij heeft langjarige ervaring (30+) met activiteiten in zowel het HR, Management als ICT domein.

15 EU ICT PROFESSIONAL ROLE PROFILES - ESCO RELATIONSHIP
ESCO is the multilingual classification of European Skills,Competences, Qualifications and Occupations. ESCO is part of the Europe 2020 strategy. On the 18 of July 2018 the European Commission adopted the Implementing Decisions provided for in Article 19 of Regulation 2016/589/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 April 2016 on a European network of employment services (EURES), workers' access to mobility services and the further integration of labour markets, and amending Regulations (EU) No 492/2011 and (EU) No 1296/2013. Commission Implementing Decision No 2018/1020 establishes the list of skills, competences and occupations of the European classification (ESCO) to be used for the operation of the EURES common IT platform as provided for in Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2016/589 and lays down the procedures to update and review this list. Commission Implementing Decision No 2018/1021 lays down the technical standards and formats necessary for the operation of the automated matching through the common IT platform using the European classification (ESCO) and the interoperability between national systems and the European classification.
