Conclusions Women a lot of psychological problems
Mothers more symptoms than non-mothers Due to problems in contact with child Mothers very positive about relationship with child –cognitive dissonance Meer klachten dan mannen – psychologische/psychiatrische zorg gelijk aan mannen – problemen reintegratie, problemen in hernemen van opvoedingsrol Ondanks niet geheel eenduidige resultaten lit – niet veel onderzoek overigens – moeders op een aantal domeinen meer klachten, vooral gerelateerd aan mogelijkheden kind te zien – Moeders desondanks erg positief over relatie met kind – melden dat relatie, koud, afstandelijk, problematisch is, onaangename gevoelens, emoties. Welbevinden van vrouwen afhankelijk van relationele rol, in staat relaties te onderhouden. Nadelen onderzoek – beperkt aan tal personen, invullen IES – traumatische ervaringen, te moeilijk, gaat je niets aan, ook afdelingen extra zorg meenemen, sociale wenselijkheidsschaal. Meer aandacht gezondheid, meer aandacht relatie moeder-kind. – Maar – niet elke ouder in staat ouderrol op zich te nemen “goed dat mijn moeder vast zit, ik ben volwassene, zij kind” “moeder moet daar blijven ze heeft iemand vermoord, geld, drugs”. 12/24/2018 Edinburgh ESC 2008
