7 13/11/2018 pharma companies are considered very attractive and ‘future proof’ employers GSK is voor de 4de keer verkozen als meest aantrekkelijke werkgever van België, op basis van een onderzoek door Randstad bij personen. In de top 5 staan nog 3 andere farmaceutische bedrijven: Janssen Pharmaceutica, UCB en Pfizer. Volgens studie Securex ( : Mensen voelen zich dus aangetrokken tot de sector, en blijven die ook vrij trouw. Een studie van Securex over het personeelsverloop bevestigt dat bijvoorbeeld werknemers er loyaal zijn aan hun werkgever: slechts 3,2 procent van de werknemers verlaten vrijwillig de onderneming in 2014 ten opzichte van 6,6 procent in de totale private sector. In alle bouwstenen scoort GSK duidelijk beter dan het algemeen gemiddelde. Dit wijst op een zeer sterke basis van de employer brand.
