2 INTRODUCTION WE ARE TICKR. A consumer driven ticketing provider. We sell tickets for festivals, clubs or pop music venues. This presentation is a short introduction of our platform. We would love to further explain our visions and goals over some coffee. Oh right, one more thing: we are looking for investers to help us grow and expand our platform to greatness! Just so you know.

3 MISSION We make ticketing easier, cheaper and more fun.

4 VISION Internet. Making life easier since ‘95. Online ticketing was a great example: created to make buying and selling of tickets quicker and easier. For everyone. Thanks to the evolution of the internet and companies like Uber, Bunq, Thuisbezorgd and Tikkie, consumers have gotten used to simplicity, convenience and favourable rates. The standard of online services is getting higher every day.

5 VISION Except for online ticketing. Unfortunately ticketing is stuck in the past. Consumers have barely experienced any progress in the last decade, neither in service nor in price. Considering the current magnitude of the ever increasing ticketing market, it is about time for consumers to enjoy a new standard in convenience, simplicity and low pricing.

7 OUR STORY We kill two major industry issues, with one stone. And the best thing is; we do it by just being cool and considerate.

8 OUR STORY First issue: pay more, get nothing in return. Remember buying tickets for you and some friends and you end up paying €20 per ticket and somewhere around €2 extra on a ‘service fee’ per ticket. What service, you ask? Sure, you receive an e-mail with a PDF file. So now you have 1 file holding 4 tickets. From which you obviously need only one yourself. – OK great, thanks!

9 OUR STORY First fix: no more hassel for consumers. Anno 2018, we don’t think that qualifies as ‘service’. That’s why we give you a free account, where you can split and share your tickets among your friends with one click of a button. And, while you’re at it, send along a personal message or payment request. You’ll be getting your money back right away. Everybody has their own unique ticket on their phone. And you all have a little fun doing so. Simple.

10 OUR STORY Second issue: getting to know your target audience. You are a promoter and you sell tickets online for your events and you want to really get to know your visitors, to enhance your marketing. But these conventional ticketing providers only care about the person finishing the transaction, so you only get info from the person buying the tickets. If only there was a solution that makes ticket buyers easily and unforcefully share their tickets among friends..

11 OUR STORY Second fix: the promotor and his audience. We make sharing tickets as easy and obvious as possible, so we don’t get stuck with only the ticket buyer info. By accepting a shared ticket, the promotor receives the account data of that visitor as well. So with a little help from the promoter (promoting our solution as well) we collect data of a lot more visitors. And we do so by offering a real useful service for consumers. Thanks to our import function, it can not only be used for TICKR tickets, but for every ticket you buy. An account is free and optional. We don’t force anyone into anything.

13 OUR SOLUTION We have all the basics: start selling within minutes, realtime dashboards and a super reliable scan-app. We also bring promoters and party people together via intergrations of all the standard marketingtools the promoters are used to.

14 OUR SOLUTION But TICKR brings more value to the marketing table. For example: our personalized ‘DISCOVERPAGE’ where we show the right events to the right consumers, based on prefrences. Or a ‘TICKETALARM’, where consumers can set a pushnotification for the minute the sale starts for a specific event. Or other clever features to make our app useful and fun on a daily basis, for example..

15 OUR SOLUTION Selling a surplus ticket straight of your phone, with one click of a button and 100% safe, due to our ‘SecureSwap’ collaboration with TicketSwap.

16 OUR SOLUTION Easily import tickets to your TICKR account that you have bought elsewhere. This way you can really have all your tickets in your account, and share them with your friends.

17 OUR SOLUTION And while you’re sharing anyway, let’s put in a personal message for your friend or a paymentrequest.

18 OUR SOLUTION 100% safe? Yes, we make sure that every ‘action’ done with a ticket, is a safe one. When a ticket is succesfully shared with a friend or sold via TicketSwap, we send out a new and unique ticket every single time. This way we exclude fraude or falsery for the full 100%. So no need for blockchain or complicated software. When you have a ticket in your TICKR account, you know for a fact that’s the only one.

19 OUR SOLUTION Oh, right. And did we mention we are significantly cheaper than our competition? So promoters make more money and get more useful data, while consumers pay less and get more service in return.

20 CONCLUSION We are the first consumer driven ticketing provider, ever. At least in Europe, possibly the world. We are operational, but far from done. We make money, but not nearly enough. We ask for funds to grow fast and to the fullest potential of our USP’s. Therefore funds to invest in our platform, marketing and sales. We have a multi-year plan ready and a lot more ideas that we are very excited about. That’s why we would love to share and explore some options with you!
