Agenda 1 PROJECT PRESENTATION
What did we do in 100 Mirrors extended project? ( ) We performed 100 new “mirrors” a.o., 20 portraits and video’s of Dutch role models So Now 200 Case Stories Educational tips to use the portraits in the manual for teachers and coaches: Focus on your future. 3. A contextual analysis Looking at Women of the labour participation of women in 7 European countries in 10 sectors. Spain, Greece, NL, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Czech Republic Aim? Stimulate women and students to break the glass ceiling/jump from the sticky floor. Partners? 27 September 2016

Sector results of the analysis in our country
Education: quite well participation of women and girls HOWEVER: Scissor figure at work: in growth to higher functions and payments it are men…... Also for other sectors: law, politics, finance, agriculture: almost 25 % women: not in top management, Services and health= women, and culture: arts, creativity and the 3rd sector (voluntary work).
