3 : l Étude des prix IBPT: la méthodologie  La méthodologie se base sur celle mise au point par l’OCDE: les offres sont comparées sur la base de profils établis préalablement; seules les offres dont les prix sont clairement indiqués sur le site Internet (et/ ou dans la brochure de prix) de l'opérateur sont prises en considération; si plusieurs offres s’appliquent au sein d’un même profil, l’offre la moins onéreuse est privilégiée aux fins de la comparaison. On suppose que le consommateur fait des choix rationnels et qu’il est capable de faire le choix correspondant le mieux à ses besoins; une image représentative: Plusieurs opérateurs (au moins trois) ont été sélectionnés pour donner une image représentative des plans tarifaires sur le marché (85% du marché); les coûts mensuels = les coûts récurrents + les coûts de la location de la ligne ou du câble 3 Vertrouwelijk BIPT

4 Prijzenstudie BIPT: methodologie 591 Tariefplannen (waarvan 272 voor mobiele telefonie, 48 voor vaste telefonie, 86 voor (mobiel) breedband en 185 voor bundels) uit vijf landen. Enkel de residentiele markt. Een studie over de zakelijke markt wordt uitgevoerd en is voorzien voor de zomer. Tarieven van 6 tot 30 augustus (momentopname). Tarieven zijn inclusief BTW en gecorrigeerd voor koopkracht. 4 Vertrouwelijk BIPT
