Strategy, Building the Future 6-4-2017 Work stream 1 Human capital Overall objective: make sure the department’s human capital is prepared, able and willing to make the Strategy 2020 work Work stream 2 Financial model Overall objective: the department has a financial model that both facilitates and stimulates the implementation of the Strategy 2020 Work stream 3 Themes and disciplines Overall objective: maintain the department’s solid disciplinary basis and enforce the common bases of the department, by incorporating the strategic themes in the department Work stream 4 Curriculum Overall objective: a curriculum that supports the implementation of the strategic goals with regard to education Includes Verbeterplan Onderwijs Work stream 5 Alliances Overall objective: the department has structured and strategic alliances that are required to implement Strategy 2020 De Strategie 2020 vormt voor ons de stip aan de horizon. De realisatie vraagt om een lange termijn planning en goede fasering. Hiervoor is een roadmap gemaakt met zeven programmalijnen (workstreams) en een tijdsplanning die bestaat uit drie fases (plateaus). De programmalijnen zijn:   Strategy 2020 is a dot on the horizon. The realisation requires long-term planning and the right phasing. A roadmap has been produced for this with seven programme lines and schedules consisting of three phases.
