Systemische oorzaak? Dit is de grootste, maar niet de eerste crisis –De Wereldbank identificeerde 96 bankcrisissen en 176 monetaire crisissen in 25 jaar tijdperk –48 sterk gedocumenteerde grote crashes tussen 1637 en –Gebeurden onder verschillende regulatiesystemen, in verschillende landen, met verschillende ontwikkelingsniveau’s, in verschillende tijdstippen… Er is nu wetenschappelijk bewijs voorhanden uit de complexiteitstheorie waarom ons financi ë le systeem ‘ structureel ’ onstabiel is. –Het is niet ( alleen) een cyclisch, of een management probleem… –Het structureel probleem is de monopolie van een enkel soort geld

Strukturele Oplossing WIR systeem in Zwitserland –Business to Business system (B2B wederzijdig krediet) gestart in 1934 –1 WIR = 1 Zwitserse Frank, zonder interest –75,000 bedrijven zijn momenteel lid in Zwitserland –WIR-Bank = duale muntbank ( –Bewezen dat dit het geheim is van de stabiliteit van de Zwitserse economie (Stodder study) door het spontaan anticyclisch effect. –Politiek voorstel om de WIR als betalingsmiddel voor belastingen te aanvaarden.

Strukturele Oplossing Overheden (lokaal en/of centraal) zouden een deel van belastingen in zorgvuldig geselecteerde complementaire munten dienen te aanvaarden. –Precedent van partieel betalingssysteem: Rusland accepteerde koper voor de betaling van belastingen. Banco do Brazil lanceert nu 150 duale muntbanken om sociale problemen op te lossen, 10 per maand.
