7 Onderzoek bij de Rooyse Wissel (2009?)
Vraagstelling: Hoe beinvloedt de mate van psychopathie (PCL-R) de wijze waarop een therapeutische relatie wordt aangegaan en de therapeutische relatie zelf? Therapeutische relatie is volgens Lambert belangrijke factor in therapeutisch resultaat. Factoren: Gehechtheidstijl. ASQ Zelfbewustzijn en gevoeligheid voor anderen (ACS-30) Psychologische beschikbaarheid van en vertrouwen in therapeut (PARA) De therapeutische relatie zelf (WAV)

8 Hypotheses a.Patients with high psychopathy (≥26) have more dismissed attachment styles in comparison with the lower scorers (<26). The lower scorers have more fearful and preoccupied attachment styles in comparison with the high scorers. Both groups have more unsecure attachments in comparison with the normal groups. b.Patients with high psychopathy have a higher degree of self awareness and lower degree of sensitivity to others in comparison with patients who score low on psychopathy. There is no difference between the two groups concerning ‘managing new situations’. c.Patients with high psychopathy experience their therapist as less available and reliable in comparison with the lower scorers. The therapists have the same assessment about the two groups on this matter. d.Patients with high psychopathy score lower on the agreement about tasks and goals in comparison with the lower scorers. The same with the experienced bond between patient and therapist. For the therapist we hypothesize the same assessment.

9 Relevantie onderzoek voor praktijk
Factoren opsporen die de therapeutische relatie vanuit de psychopathie belemmeren. Verschillen tussen de verschillende dimensies psychopathie. Differentieren i.p.v. veralgemeniseren.
