Toegevoegd : in eerste levensjaar.
Definitie Cerebral Palsy (CP) CP is characterized by a persistent movement or posture deficit that results from a non-progressive disorder in the developing fetal or infant brain CP richtlijn CBO/EBRO 2008 Toegevoegd : in eerste levensjaar.
6
7
Cerebral Palsy 3 typen: Spastisch Dyskinetisch atactisch

Spasticiteit Krachttekort –parese- Contracturen
15
Cerebrale Parese Centraal zenuwstelsel:
beschadiging rondom de geboorte - veranderde ontwikkeling o.a. corticospinale banen verhoogde co-contractie / spasticiteit parese musculatuur
16
Cerebrale Parese Perifeer zenuwstelsel: Degeneratie motor units
Reductie aantal motor units per spiervezel Synchronisatie motor units is verminderd Efficiëntie krachtsgebruik geringer 30-50%
17
Musculaire ontwikkeling
Musculaire atrofie Afname Spieromvang Afname aantal myofilamenten Verlenging sarcomeren Afname Type 2 spiervezels Anaërobe, witte spieren Snelkracht / tempo kracht Toename Type 1 spiervezels Aërobe , rode spieren Duurkracht

19
Cerebrale parese Mobiliteit

23

33
Time to peak
34
Time to peak neemt toe voor hogere krachtsniveaus
35
Discussie Absolute kracht
36
Discussie Time to peak Aangedane hand → minder snelle reacties op hoger krachtsniveau.
37
38
Conclusions Children with spastic hemiplegia have
50% less MVC as controls Spastic wrist flexors are indeed weak
39

Sign verschil t.v.v therapiegroep. Dynamsiche precisie neemt in beide groepen toe. Sign verschil t.v.v BTX in snelle alternerende taak
79

They wore the glove 6 hours a day. The camp lasted 2 times 5 days with overnight stay and the weekend inbetween off. Adelante minisymposium 2009 © 83
