3 Wat is een niche ? Echo: translucent gebied ter plaatse van sectio-litteken 3 Na sectio 60 % Niche, 30 % post-menstruele spotting. Symptomen: Post-menstrueel spotting en Dysmenorroe BijdeVaate et al 2011, Vd Voet 2011

4 Hoe meet je een niche ? Spotting vaak bij kleine niche! En deze zijn geschikt voor hysniche!! Kleine niche zie je vaak niet bij TVS maar wel bij SIS of GIS!!!!!

5 PICO P Vrouwen na een sectio met een Niche
I Hysteroscopische Nicheresectie C Expectatief beleid O Primair: Reductie post menstruele spottingsklachten Secundair: QOL, Sexuele functie, Kosten. Inclusiecriteria: Niche ≥ 2 mm, Residuaal myometrium ≥ 3mm Postmenstruele spotting (≥ 2 dagen) Exclusiecriteria Zwangerschap, contra-indicatie anesthesie, <18 jr, andere oorzaak abnormaal bloedverlies. 5
